From regeneration to proprietary formulations
At the heart of the Catalyst Industrial brand lies the personal synergy of people who combined their unique competences to create a new quality on the market of catalytic systems.
Our team consists of practitioners who for years regenerated and precisely diagnosed catalytic reactors and DPF filters, together with engineers specializing in high-temperature firing of ceramics enriched with metal oxides.
This direct collaboration means we deeply understand the mechanics of the processes taking place in exhaust and ventilation systems. It allows us to control quality at every level, from the chemical structure of the coating to the finished product.
Everything starts in our laboratory, where we conduct advanced research. We break chemical compositions down to their basic components, know every substance inside out and constantly improve our active coating formulations, working with chemists and university professors.
No secrets about production
Most catalytic converters available on the market are made in China. The reluctance to talk about it stems mainly from stereotypes, but above all from the poor quality of components currently on the market, caused by the price war among resellers and amateur regeneration companies. We approach this differently.
Chinese factories today are highly diverse: alongside low-quality mass production driven purely by price, there are also plants manufacturing components for the world's biggest brands. Thanks to our knowledge and research we reached the best of them, and we are proud of this cooperation.
Without this knowledge and laboratory analysis, it would be easy to fall for offers from factories competing on price alone. Without hard data and in-depth knowledge of the chemistry, it is very easy to buy a product that only looks good on the surface, while under the coating hides a useless monolith with understated precious metal content and rapid aging. We know exactly what we want, and we work closely with our partners in this regard.
However, we do not base this cooperation on blind trust. We regularly travel to China to visit our partners in person, and they visit us as well. In addition, on-site quality control in China is carried out for us by a Polish auditing firm.
